Torrone

  • Our homemade Torrone is created with the same recipe and hand-crafted tools that Giuseppe Termini originally used back in 1921.
  • In fact, our oldest mixer that dates back to the 19th Centuryis used *solely* for making this special candy.
  • Torrone is a nougat made from honey, egg whites, imported California almonds and California pistachios among other things, and is a traditional Christmastime or wintertime treat.
  • The confection can only be made during the cold months in order to achieve the proper "molido" (soft and chewy) consistency that we find so delicious.

Pecan Diamonds

  • A candy made from a sugar cookie base that is topped with butter caramel, whole pecans and a chocolate drizzle, our Pecan Diamonds are a welcome addition to any dessert table.
  • The flavor is similar to a pecan pie, but with a chewier, more candy-like consistency.
  • We recommend serving these with coffee after dessert.
  • Fun Fact: Pecan Diamonds are a classic confection featured at Vincent Jr.'s Alma Mater, the Culinary Institute of America.

Chocolate Nut Clusters

  • Our Chocolate Nut Clusters are a candy made from tempered semi-sweet chocolate and whole nuts that rotate seasonally between almonds, macadamias and cashews.
  • While they are more expensive, whole nuts are known to retain more flavor than nut pieces; unlike many other candy makers, we only use whole nuts to ensure the hightest quaity product and maximum nutty flavor.
  • We recommend serving these with cofee after dessert.
