For 90 years, a trip into the back shop of Termini Brothers has always been a special treat. Adults and children alike are amazed at the sights and sounds of desserts in the making. There are no conveyor belts or high tech machines; no state of the art computers or high efficiency ovens. The production shop remains in its original state, with the unique wood benches that the founders had custom made in the early 1920’s. A visit will also reveal cast iron mixers, ingredient bins and handmade tools, all original and all used daily to create the one of a kind product that you can find only at Termini’s.
