These hand-piped crisp wafer cookies are made with hints of lemon and amaretto, then filled with raspberry jam. The jam filled center sweetens these sandwich cookies making them tender, flaky and irresistible. The Finger Cookie Box features 1 lb. of cookies, assembled and decorated with imported candies and candy-coated almonds. This box serves approximately 4-5 people.
